What is a Recovery Café?
A community-run, drop-in space that's open to anyone needing support, feeling the weight of mental health, overwhelmed, or simply wanting a calm place to pause.
Recovery Cafés bring people together over a cup of tea or coffee in a relaxed, non-clinical setting. They're usually run by people with lived experience.
The idea is simple: getting better is easier with company. A café gives people somewhere safe to talk, be heard, and connect with others who genuinely get it.

Every café is a little different, but they share the same kaupapa.
